All individuals using day-labor-jobs-today.com as a resource to find jobs in their area are deemed Subcontractors. Subcontractors here-in warrants he / she is an independent contractor, and all persons employed by subcontractor in connection with work arranged by this site are his / her employees and not employees of Contractor(s) using this site or the site owners.  Subcontractor(s) shall be liable for all of his / her and their employee’s state and federal employment taxes, any other applicable taxes, workman’s compensation and general liability insurance mandated by applicable laws and or Contractor’s standing insurance requirements.  Subcontractor(s) shall hold harmless the Site Owners, the Contractor, their owners, stockholders, heirs and assigns, and or the End Customer from any lawsuits arising from the failure of the Subcontractor to pay any and all taxes due and payable by Subcontractor and any and all liabilities arising from injuries or damage resulting from the work the Subcontractor(s) or their employees perform.  Subcontractor(s) agrees that any payments made, resulting from work arranged on this site shall in no way constitute an act of employment other than 1099 subcontract work.  This agreement is considered binding until such a time as subcontractor gives 30 days written notice (and that time has elapsed) is received by Contractor via registered mail of his / her intent to discontinue the working relationship under this agreement. Subcontractor acknowledges that said notice shall not release him from prior contracted responsibilities which are or will be in progress.
